Paul has more than twenty years of meeting and event planning experience with work in numerous countries within the continents of North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He spent 10 years focusing on the complexities of pharmaceutical meeting planning which allowed him to develop the specific skills and knowledge required for this industry. Paul also has very deep experience with international incentives and annual meetings of all sizes.  

Paul is a natural advisor and his consultative style is a key asset to his clients.  He is able to manage and execute all logistical details for attendees including registration, transportation, hotel and meals, and vendor management.


Previously, he spent years in the restaurant and hotel industry and has always believed that this experience gave him a deep appreciation for what it truly takes to provide excellent service. His service experience combined with his years of meeting and event planning allow him to take a 360-approach to everything that he does. Paul has a degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
