With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I bring a deep, practical understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales to every client engagement. My career began on the hotel side, where I worked across Southern California, Arizona, and Southeast Texas, building and leading teams and earning recognition as Manager of the Year for leadership and performance.

 

For the past seven years, I have specialized in hotel sourcing and meeting management with REACH Meetings & Events, where I serve as a strategic partner to clients navigating complex site selection and contract negotiations. In this role, I focus on protecting client interests, mitigating risk, and delivering measurable cost savings through disciplined negotiation strategy and market expertise. My hotel-side foundation allows me to anticipate operational challenges, secure favorable commercial terms, and ensure each program is positioned for success. I am proud to have received multiple accolades for my work in this role.

 

I live in Montgomery, Texas—just north of Houston—with my husband, our two sons, and our two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy home renovation projects, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
